Based on the performance framework developed by the National Association of Charter School Authorizers, we will present a model for formalizing the review of student achievement, organizational performance and financial performance of charter schools in Oregon. We will also look at adapting performance frameworks to look at growth and other metrics in those that could be considered “alternative” charter schools.
